Hi guys, I came across a slight issue with my GS.com order and before I spoke to a rep I just wanted to see if anyone here ever had the same issue and has any advice to offer...
A while back I placed an order for some Xbox games: MvC2 and two copies of the GTA Trilogy (I really just wanted one, but since GS has a B1G2 deal I figured I would just sell the second copy). MvC2 came right quick, and after a couple weeks of some backorder issues I finally got my GTA Trilogy games, however both orders only came with one disc each when they both should've had three discs each.
My question: if they can't resolve the issue and send me the missing discs, how will the refund be processed? Since it was a B1G2 deal I basically just paid for MvC2, so does that mean I: A) have to send the entire order back B) keep MvC2 and get nothing for the GTAs or C) get some sorta weird partial refund or credit?
