Guild Wars Account Trouble

Ok here's the problem. I sold my copy to someone on ebay. I sent him my account ID and Password and told him to change it when he got it. Well he did change it but they sent him an e-mail verification and did not send me one. So now he can't change the Login ID and he wants his money back.

If anyone knows any way to help I would appreciate any idea's.

Welcome to the new world in on-line gaming. Games like Guild Wars, Galactic Civilizations II, and just about any new Steam game, are not supposed to be sold used. Most of them say so in the licensing agreement. Whether or not this would hold up in court is debatable, but for now, you're stuck with the fact that any time you try to sell one of these games, the person who buys is generally going to be stuck with having to use the old account name. And with Steam games you're completely out of luck since all games are tied to one account.

So sadly, it's best not to even attempt to sell or buy used games.
