Are these duplicate songs to previous editions? If I am reading it right, this utilizes the drums too right?

Yeah it's songs from older guitar hero, except now you can play them as a band. Nice find!

The other nice addtion, all of the cover tracks from the original Guitar Hero are now performed by the real artists. Also, you can export a decent selection of the tracks to GH5.
