Was at the Costco on Cabot in Laguna Niguel, CA today and they had Guitar Hero World Tour Full Band bundle (GHWT) for $59.97 after $50 instant MFR rebate. Tag stated both that it expires 8/03 (TODAY) and that tax applies to the regular $109.xx price. So that's about $10 in tax for a total of approximately $70 OTD. They had 3 left for Xbox 360, none for PS3 (so not sure if it's on clearance too).
I ALMOST put one in the cart, but since I have Rock Band 2, I really don't need another set of instruments, and since everyone is liquidating these now I didn't expect much resale value.
However if you don't have a full band game yet, you can't really beat this deal... YMMV
