Yep, FamilyVideo is totally legit. A lot of other CAGs purchase from them.

Well you could do the following:

1. Preorder from FamilyVideo.
2. Buy a copy from your local store to play.
3. Return the new/unopened FamilyVideo GHIII to your store with the store's receipt for a full refund.

That way you get the good price and you get to play it on the release date.
 
Media Mail shipping as well, so you definitely will be waiting a good week or more after release date, I'd say.

Do they ship all games media? That's retarded, I think the minimum media rate is still higher than a typical PS3 or 360 game @ 1st class.

I preordered Halo 3 Legendary from them and got it on launch day with the $ .99 shipping even though they said it would take 5-10 days after release.
