H: $25 Google Play credit, Killzone W: PSN credit or PayPal

As the topic states, I have an unused $25 google play credit.  I have no use for it and would prefer PSN credit or PayPal in a lesser amount.  Somewhere in the $15-$20 range, ideally.

Also I have Killzone mercenary for Vita for $25
