Do these download codes even exist on PS4 or is that only XB1? Well, regardless, someone let me know. Looking to pay $45 or so.

The code are only for xbox one because they come with the bundle. If you want a ps4 digital copy you need to buy it from PSN or a retailer like gamestop.
