OP, you can't force the buyer to pay for Paypal fees by having two prices for items, nor can you use gifted Paypal for item purchases. See this thread below for details:

FYI: Instead of using a Playstation 3 laser cleaner for the freezing issues, try using the PS3's safe mode menu and doing the 'restore file system' option from that list. It helps with the freezing issues if you're having a LOT of them and especially if you've been doing a lot of adding/deleting stuff from your PS3.
Here's a site I found that details how to get into the safe mode menu(tl;dr version: It involves holding the reset/power down on the PS3 till you hear one beep followed by two quick beeps):
EDIT: You can also do the 'rebuild database' option to speed the XMB and loading up too. But with either of these options I'd suggest backing up anything you don't want to lose, in the event that those items are considered 'corrupted' by the system.

Thanks man, for my old PS3 I did try that. Honestly I don't know how much the maxell disc helps, but Im inclined to believe I'm going the extra mile to keep my hardware in good shape.
