Half Life 2 Premier package question

If I purchase this package now, will I automagically get Episode 2 (and TF2 and Portal) when it's released?

Unless it says you do, you most likely wont. Unfortunatly, I cant check the steam store from work

Did people who picked up the premier package receive Episode 1 for free when it was released?

I should probably just get it anyway, instead of being a cheap ass. It's only going to be $20 if they don't. But... I'm a cheap ass.
