Half Life 2 (xbox) $37.99 at Microcenter

I got a flier in the mail the other day (actually a pretty large mail out ad) for Microcenter and on the last page they had an add for Half Life 2 for Xbox for like 37.99 (maybe it was 37.88 or something weird like that)

Anyway, I used this add at Best Buy today for a price match (the Microcenter near me is a pain to get to)

I did a quick search for this and did not see anything, but if this a repost feel free to delete.

Hmm Im split on getting this.

On one hand I hear its great, and plays amazing on the 360 too...but on the other hand I'm really into PDZ and PGR3 right now....

P.S. my microcenter is also a pain to get to. Its by Villanova University and its tucked away.
