The only thing this not-so-limited edition has that the regular one doesn't is DLC, right? If so, at this point there's no point in getting it, since the next generation is right around the corner. Might as well just get it used from Gamefly for like $12.

The DLC is a wash with the GOTY (lol) edition coming out in the near-future, but the steelbook, the numbered case, and the feelies are kind of cool, if you're into those things.
