I just got back a short while ago from Chinook Centre in Calgary, and the Zellers there had one remaining of Halo: Reach, brand new, on sale for $20. The sticker price was $60, it showed a reduction to $40, and was put on sale for $20 for Boxing Day.
(I obviously bought it at such a good price. XD)
Be warned, the chances of you actually finding one of these are likely pretty slim, but it's worth a look, considering every other deal for Reach seems to be priced at $40.
I haven't seen anyone else mention this, so I'm hoping this isn't just a repeat posting. =S
