My packs broke 2 of mine. I just got the replacements. An old white controller was chipped on the bottom of the battery compartant where the springs are. My brand new 360s controller was actually destroyed and that whole lower lip almost cracked completely off, I had to tape the battery in to use it. When that stopped working I called em up and they said send them in and we will "determine" if the batteries did indeed damage the controllers, indeed they did...
They sent me two new controllers and and new charge station which I am scared to use. I have searched and searched the internet to see if anyone else has run into to this and have found nada. I'm wondering if I just got a batch of extra extra big batteries.
Anyone here have anything like this happen?
