If the black one is also rated as 1.3a, is cat 2 certified, 28 gauge with ferrite cores, then yes, they're identical.

Yes. I put the black one up there because in the past when posting this deal some people were willing to pay the extra $2 to get black.
I've had one of these cables for 2 years and treat it very badly (1 cable two systems) it still works beautifully.
