No. I say this because it doesn't seem very balanced.

Why spend the extra cash on the ram and really skimp out on the video card? There are 4gb kits that cost $10-15 less and work just as fine.

You're proposing an mATX mobo when you've got room for an ATX (going by the case). You could definitely score a cheaper ATX motherboard.

Anyway it would probably be helpful if you stated your budget and preferences. Also that link above me is a pretty helpful thread.
