Anyone have any idea what these are? their tag says P.K. Enterprise, 1980.

I think they are supposed to be cavemen, but I don't remember much else.

They don't do anything besides sit there and look kinda cute. They're filled with what feels like styrofoam balls.

I think I remember seeing them back in the day, but I have no idea what they were called.
