Help installing Star Wars Rogue Squadron on Vista 64 bit

I know that the installer for Star Wars Rogue Squadron is 16 bit (the game itself is 32 bit), so I can't use it on a 64 bit computer. I have heard that it is possible to install the game on a 32 bit system and copy all the files to the 64 bit computer. Could someone please walk me through this (registry and all)?

I'm not sure how you could do what you are talking about, but I do know of a different way you could run that game on a modern computer. You would need to download and install Virtual PC and get a copy of Windows 98 (PM me if you want to know where to find it for free). Then you would need to install windows 98 on the virtual pc you created and you would be able to install your game onto the OS that the game was designed for, and it will most likely work perfectly. This is how I play all my old games from the 90's.

It sounds complicated, but it is probably much less of a hassle then trying to install and make the game work on Vista.
