Help me connect to LIVE

Special request here. I've asked elsewhere and so far no luck. I'm on work assignment in Italy (PAL region) with an NTSC 360. I have a laptop with a USB key-internet connection (the type with SIM card) and I've tried connecting to LIVE with no help.

Can you guys help me out? Weekends I go site seeing but after work during the days I'd love to get on LIVE. Especially since some games (i.e. Forza 2) require me to do a license migration to play with my file and I never did the migration before I left the US

Your laptop will have a ethernet port. Go to the internet properties of the USB Internet connection and turn on ICS (Internet Connection Sharing). That will let the ethernet port on your laptop use the internet from the USB modem. Then plug the 360 into the laptop ethernet port. The laptop must be on the entire time obviously.

Thanks blitz. I tried that already. Seems I'm having a conflict of sorts and so far no good.
