Help me out with NCAA football

So i got NCAA football 11 from BBV used, just start playing past weekend and love it.
but find out the training glitch need to be fix by tuner update via EA online pass.
Since i got it used it does not have the code for online pass.

Here is my question

1. Should i go spend $10 get the pass and keep playing NCAA 11

2. Go buy the NCAA 12 at BB with my $10 reward money?

I like 11 a lot more than 12.

The game play took a step backwards this year; in fact I ended up trading my copy of 12 into Amazon, and rebought last year's for $10. It sucks to have to pay $10 for the online pass, but if you're just going by the games I'd recommend last year's.

How many people still play online with NCAA 12??? Does the OD play against other player or just against CPU?
