HELP! Need to recover text from a firefox page.

I was posting a note on facebook and I accidentally went back and now its gone. Is there a way to recover what I typed? It was a long poem and was off the top of my head so if its gone its gone forever. Thanks.

Umm see if any Parents/Ex Wifes/Ex Girlfriends/Weird Computer nerds have a keylogger on your system. Other then that no.
