Help With HDTV

Hi

I am looking for a new TV. I saw this one:

And looks pretty nice. This will be for watching TV/DVD and playing video games. I don't really know much about TVs so am not sure what I need.

What I want is a Flat Panel LCD with good quality picture and around 32in give or take a few. I would like to spend up to $1000 for a nice TV.

Is the TV I linked any good, or can I get some other suggestions?

You could get this TV for $999 plus tax now (37" LCD). I have one nad am pretty happy with it, but I am not as picky as most about TV's. I use it for my 360 and to watch movies and SD TV. I don't have a HD signal coming into the house though, so I cannot tell you how that looks.
