meant to make another post on this but forgot.
after glancing at the forum for a few seconds i came up with some suggestions that pretty much so apply to any website you may make. It basically is lacking substance and originality.
by making a video game website you already are going to have a hard time making it popular considering theres a million out there already. The only way you can make it gain popularity is to have originality with it. Put things on there that other sites dont have. Get alot of games at one of the many sales at retail stores and do giveaways every week or every 2 weeks, that would cause people to tell their friends about it.
also it has no substance. you basically got a forum, made up topic headings and then kinda expected people to sign up and start talking. Everybody here at CAG could go look at the forum today and it wouldnt be any more popular by the end of the day as it was when you started it because theres no substance. People are going to look at the forum and say "well theres only 4 members and only like 3 posts, why am i here." If you want people to stick around you have to give them a reason to do so. If you read about something that interests you or see something on tv that is somewhat related to what ur forum is about then make a post about it. That atleast will give people something to stop and read when they first glance at the site. If the agree or disagree with whatever your opinion was they'll possibly join the forums and reply.
like i said it'll be hard to make the site big with all the gaming websites out there but if you add alot of substance and originality it would help your chances out alot. good luck with your website
