The 86 games were all on the atari-anthology cd (atari 2600 games?) , and it looked like it had a ps2 turok game.

He's listing "86 games" but he's only selling Turok Evolution and Atari Anthology with the PS2. The Anthology has 85 games on it.

Looks like someone fails at reading. No way should the buyer win a dispute though. Stupidity is not the fault of the seller.
