The demo was kinda shitty. For some reason, it felt like a poor-man's Splinter Cell and it lacked a lot of polish. I'll be passing on this for sure.

The game's been leaked, and there's a lot of talk over at GameFAQs about it.

According to what I've read the demo doesn't do the game justice at all.
