Home Theatre System?

I'd really like to upgrade my home theatre system (a Philips system I picked up for $79 a couple of Black Fridays ago). The problem is that it does not have a headphone out jack and I can't use a Tritton headset with it. Will be hooking it up to my Sharp Aquos LCD, a PS3 and a 360.

I don't need anything fancy, won't be listening to anything super-loud either. Oh, and the room has no space for me to mount speakers behind me, so they'll all be up front anyway.

Any good deals for tomorrow? Thanks in advance!

Any recommended 7.1 or 7.2 setups out there that can be had for $400-500, I need some good sound to go with my new tv!
