I just bought a house about a month ago and want to switch from dish, but I have about 6 months left on my contract. Anyone have any ideas on how to get out of it? Here are my ideas so far:
1. Ask the technician to say that there is no "line of site" for the dish. Someone told me you can get out of the contract that way.
2. Call and tell them that I am "renting" the house and my landlord does not allow dishes.
Any advice?
