I was recently scammed on eBay. First I sold a $30 game and the buyer said he did not receive it when he surely did. The second time, a different buyer probably did not mean to open a case. He just left negative feedback and Paypal automatically opened a case. I ship with stamps through USPS and use no tracking information. So eBay and Paypal both times sided with the buyer. The second buyer even left me a message stating he received the item, but Paypal is hearing nothing of it. All I get is the usual stuff about how I had no tracking information and so they cannot help me.
I am washing my hands of eBay and Paypal for good. I am already in the midst of closing my Paypal account and now I just need to be sure that eBay has no more of my financial information. When I go to my "reimbusment payment method", there are only options to edit my credit cards, not remove them. How do I remove the information there?
