How do you connect two Live GT's on one 360 with COD 4?!? [Use COD4 thread]

A buddy & I are trying to play COD 4 online on one 360. Both our Live profiles are loaded but we can't figure out how to sign in more than one at a time in the lobby. How do we do this?!?

You can't, unfortunately. Only local multiplayer is available for multiple users on one console.
