How do you play MGS4 online!!!

ok i bought a used copy of mgs4 from gamestop right.....i just beat the game last night and now i want to play it online.....but everytime i choose online mode, i get taken back to the xmb....WTF!!!!....can some1 please help!!!!

Hmm I haven't tried to play yet, I'll give it a go.. maybe your disc is scratched when it tried to load MGO?

Not necessarily. If it simply can't load that portion of the disk it might just throw you back to the XMB.

Have you looked at the disk to see if there are any visible scratches on it?
