How does Bing work?

Hey guys, I'm a huge nub and have no idea how Bing works...I'm always down to save money and Bing seems pretty studly. I just don't really get how it works...any help would be appreciated! :lol:

Bing doesn't work. I only get about 80% of the cash back with qualifying purchases because their system is all messed up. Nonetheless, like you said, it's still pretty studly.
