How likely: Price drop on special Xboxes (FF 13, Splntr Cell)

I'm not all that familiar with price cut trends on hardware. I know that when the 3DS comes out, the rest of the Nintendo handheld line will drop ~$20 in price, and that's about it.

So, for those of you who are hardened vets of the VG shopping wars, how likely do you think it is that we'll see a price drop on the Final Fantasy XIII or Splinter Cell Xbox 360s in the next few months?
 
Did it drop a lot at Wal Mart? I saw one today but didn't check the price. I just assumed they keep it pretty high up there with some of the $20 PS2 sports games they still have.
