how long does gamestop reinbursment take?

i had a problem with a gamestop code, and after a back and forth (very polite) they told me that they would give me the discount, and take off $10 for the inconvenience.

How long does that normally take to change?
is it only once the order ships?

I only used edge card as payment (in-case that makes a difference).

That doesn't sound good. i only got

Now in the order history it shows the item has received the discount (it received it at the same time the deal became closed [as item shipped]). still hasn't shown up on card balance. ill post if it does.

Edit:they just added to my order a gift card, so instead of them crediting my edge, i am receiving a gift card for the difference +10.

to the guy who was having the problem, a week after order is a long time, you might want to send them a message (usual reply is only like 30 mins)
