i hate questions like this.. there's no accurate way to do this. Just put it on eBay and see what it goes up to. Set a reserve price of something absurd like $10,000, that way you know it won't sell but you can still see what it'll go up to.
 
Chances are, the more stuff in the bundle, the less people who will actually want everything in it. You'd be better off selling the games separate and individually, I would think.
 
I'd just bundle it with a few of the popular games, maybe MW2, Fallout 3 and GH or one of the racing games. And then sell off the rest of the games individually or a couple at a time, that'll probably maximize your profit.
