How to Change Thread Ownership to Another CAG?

I want to give ownership of a thread to someone else -- can someone please tell me how to do it? Thanks!

A mod should be able to take care of it for you. Just contact your favorite one with the info.

I changed the title from CAGer to CAG. It's just one of those things that drives some of us nuts. And yeah, just let one of us know the thread in question, and to whom you wish to give ownership.
