how to check online if a game supports 1080p?

I was wondering if anyone could point me in a direction of a website that would show me what video output video games support,
the best ive been able to find would be to go to gamestops website and click "see back of box" on whatever video game im looking for, preferrably a site or wiki or something that shows a detailed comparison when a game is released on multiple consoles

It's not exactly detailed comparisons, but it does tell you the resolution and if AA or what type of AA is being used.

You can also try here for slightly different info. It looks like it's only being updated sporadically now but it should be good for older titles at least.
