How to copy memory card to memory card?

What I'd do is get a USB cable.
Have your original memory stick inserted in your PSP.
Connect USB from PSP to PC.
Copy files from memory stick to PC harddrive.
Disconnect USB.
Insert new memory stick.
Make a USB connection from PSP to PC.
Copy the files from your old memory stick, that are on the harddrive, to a new memory stick.

That's the only way I know of copying. There is probably other ways though.
 
If you don't have a USB cable on you, and you just want to copy the game saves onto another card, go to the PSP menu Game-->Saved Data Utility, highlight the save and hit Triangle, and then select Copy.... then follow the instuctions on screen.

This doesn't seem to work with the media files, though...
