How to Post / Upload and Image to CAG (for blog)

I have seen people upload images via CAG which uses a magnifying glass like enlargement process.

How can I do this? I'd rather do it like this than upload my pics to photobucket and then link.

See the menu at the top that's under the CAG logo?
It goes
|"your username"|activity feed|deals|forums|blogs|beta|etc|

Hover over "your username" and then click on "Pictures & Albums"

Then I'm pretty sure you have to add an album (it's in the upper right of the page) before uploading an image.
Then go into the album (if it doesn't take you into it automagically) and "Upload pictures" is where "Add Album" was.

Also, when you create a new blog post, you will see the option to upload a picture.

new to the internet?

use a file hosting site like tinypic.com and come here and put [*img]picture address here[/*img] .. but remove the stars
