Perhaps they don't lock it for the weekly sales.
Possibly. I know it locked it when I bought Humble Bundle 8..

So can I buy TWD for a dollar and get all 5 episodes just like that or what? Btw I have never bought anything from humble bundle!

You have to beat the average price to get TWD (currently $4.30). Pay $1 for a Steam key that includes all the other games, or anything (as low as $0.01) for DRM free downloads.

Just checked it and HIB8 has this "Make sure your total is over $5.69 to unlock Proteus Bonus EP, Hotline Miami, and Proteus." for me,
it didn't have that for my weekly. So it looks like the weekly might not lock in.

Need to beat the average to get TWD and yes, it's all 5 episodes.

Thanks I got TWD & the rest of the Telltale games, this was an awesome deal! :applause:

This is a great bundle.  Pick it up while you still can.

I've been making my way through Puzzle Agent, and it's been excellent so far.

Man, does anyone not have these already? Still, throwing them a buck 'cause it's the HB.

Edit: It does look like they learned their lesson and now have more than one game in the BTA section.

OT: Does anyone know how to turn off signatures in posts? The setting seems to be gone (like many others) Hopefully it's a "forthcoming feature".

>.>  I only have SS2...  I certainly throwing a buck at it.  Is SS3: BFE worth $2.80?

For a few second the price dropped to $2.50-$2.42... but I didn't manage to lock that price before it went poof.

Hover your cursor over someone's signature. An X will appear in the upper right of it. Click that to choose between hiding that person's signature or all signatures. It's also an option somewhere in your account settings, but this way is easier.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you !!!11!!1

Of all the CAG3 changes, this was driving me nuts the most - I'm pretty sure it's not in the prefs anymore, just like how many threads/ports you want to see per page. (Edit: NM, found it, it's in the "Ignore" prefs)

So which games come with DRM-Free copies?
non-BTA

DD

TRE

Kamikaze

SS2 Public Demo
Thanks. I just noticed after posting that there was a "steam only" note at the bottom of most of the games. Unfortunately, it's only the truly awful games that are DRM-Free.

That's disappointing, but hardly surprising. If I do end up buying the bundle, I guess I'm not gonna add it to my Humble Bundle account. Don't want most of that crap cluttering up my Humble library.

in for a $1 on the SS bundle I'm only missing the Random Encounter, would of gotten BTA if they included SS3 dlc

EDIT: @melted77: yes most definitely, Serious Sam 2 and SS3 BFE are both excellent games

I guess I'll check it out.  The Humble Bundle/Weekly's from the last month or so has created an even bigger backlog for me.

@Drabelincoln

Thanks... I was thinking that since SS3 came out in 2011 versus a texture mod on decade+ old games could be worth it... But that means I have to *play* it /whine (When I have some more gaming time, I want to push to finish Hitman Abs...)

@Sonne

Your CAG membership has been suspended while you contemplate your question and the title of this forum.

Expensive soda is Bundaberg Ginger Beer (imported from australia), $2/bottle at BevMo (though worth it if you like Ginger Beer/Ale).  I've had it before.  I know exactly what those $2 will get me.  I do not know much about SS3 BFG, though I believe a lot of CAGs have played it, so I was looking for an opinion based on their experience.   Your response is not helpful and unCAGly.

Edited to removed  fuck ed quotes.

The BTA jumped up real quick, I caught it within an hour and it was already hovering around $4.  Never played these, not even all that intrugued.  If the BTA was closer to $2, I'd bite.  I think I'm going to pass.

Be careful, I paid above average and didn't get the extra games.  I am waiting for a response back for CS now.  Never had a problem with Humble store before.

Bah, being in a different time zone sucks. Would have totally gotten in when the average was around $2.50-$3. Not sure now that it's over $4 (yes, I'm that cheap).

Did you check your steam keys? The BTA games are steam-only.
You know what, I think you are right. When I looked at the Steam Keys the first time I didn't see "BFE" so I thought it was missing, but I guess Serious Sam 3 "Deluxe" is BFE. And I didn't notice 2 of the games weren't for steam, so I thought I was short 2

My mistake.

That was only the average for literally seconds... I was watching closely and was unable to lock it in at that price, lowest attainable price was $3.76.

Never played a Serious Sam game before, but since it's for charity and such, I figured why not. Maybe I'll like them. Thanks for the heads up!

Great sale this week.  I already own most of the games on both PC and I double dipped on the ones that are also on Xbox 360 though.  Still might get it just for SS2 the only game I don't have, can't beat the price.
