IIRC the buy limit has something to do with what payment method you use. I think most were having problems with Paypal and CC, so you might try Amazon or one of the other options and see if it works.

The only ones I don't have are the Painkiller game and the Spellforce 2 game, and I doubt that pack is worth $6.

So, anyone know anything about the soundtracks in the Mobile bundle?

If this was a regular HIB and I was able to get in at $3-$4, it'd be a no-brainer.

At $6, I'm not so sure: That wouldn't be too bad for H&D + Arcania; but all the other Painkiller games have been bundled, and I don't see any reason Arcania doesn't end up in another bundle down the road.

I'll probably pass, as I have everything except neighbors and there are no separate keys.

Shouldn't have gotten Supreme Commander a few weeks back.

Nice bundle, though.

Well I missed the THQ bundle so I guess I'll go in for Supreme Commander (Hal told me it was good) and Red Faction (wish it was Guerrilla though). I don't have enough interest in ArcaniA to get the $6 tier, and the others I wouldn't even install most likely.

Just got in on the $1 Kalypso bundle.

Tempted for the $6 new bundle, but Darksiders II and Painkiller only meet my computer's minimum CPU requirements. I'm a newbie to computer gaming (not that interested in shelling out big bucks to play games on, just so happened this computer I got is a halfway decent), so I'm a little bit hesitant to get a game if it's going to run kind of crappy.

Generally your GPU is more important. If it exceeds the minimum by a fair bit you'll probably be alright, just don't go maxing it at 1080p ;)

Neighbours From Hell Compilation is currently unavailable on Steam, but when it releases via Greenlight users will automatically receive Steam keys.

In for at least $1. Anybody want to sell me on the $6 tier? I already have Darksiders 2, but nothing else. It looks like the three other games got slammed in reviews. I was somewhat interested in ArcaniA when I played it on 360, but I only ever played the demo. Spellforce, the trailer didn't really give me much confidence in the title. Painkiller, don't all of them suck except for Black Edition, which I have?

Ehhh I'd say unless you're especially interested in one of the titles, the only one worth it is Darksiders. As you said, the rest got panned.

The only game I am interested in is darkstalkers, and it would just go at the end of a very long backlog.  it doesn't seem worth it for $6.

Ive become spoiled by so many humble indy bundles for $1

You mean Darksiders ;)

I bet a lot more people would be in on a proper Darkstalkers game in the upper tier :bouncy:

In for the $6 tier.  The most recent Painkiller received an 8/10 from Destructoid (a site I personally trust most of the time).  I am also one of the very few who hasn't picked up Darksiders II yet.  Can't beat a handful of games for the price of a fast food combo, even if some will get backlogged or ignored.

Pick me up a large monkey-brain soup, a small fry and two apple pies. Good looks.

This bundle doesn't include Darkstalkers.
You're totally serious about that correction, aren't you?

I think it's really weird they have this 6 dollar thing for the weekly sale but not the biweekly, considering that's the better of the two.

i don't know man.. i own so many of these games. RF:A is an old school Humble Bundle game. And I picked up that Supreme Commander mega bundle sale thing a while back. I don't have every supreme commander game but I have most of them. I have Darksiders 2 three times over now. Spellforce is the one I'm curious about.. no one is talking about it pro or con and it's confusing me.

but it also gets more support thant he weekly. They don't need to add a minimum.
First you get the clot, then they put you in a plot.

edit: Don't worry, you can karate chop your way to the surface if you focus.
I see what you did there.

Yeah, I got limited after buying just one bundle. I emailed them and they lifted the limit. I would say you could do the same, but it's probably too late, as they're about to start a new sale in an hour and a half. I emailed them yesterday mid morning and it took until late evening for them to lift the limit. Can't hurt to try emailing them, though.
I just switched payment method and it was fine. :)

... try Amazon or one of the other options and see if it works.
Yeah, that. :)

The fixed mandatory minimum for the second tier was something introduced several weeklies ago, apparently at the request of the publisher. I think it's probably something that's here to stay, because every bundle since has had it. OTOH, there has been no indication that the normal humbles will switch from the current actual BTA scheme.

The bundle's probably worthwhile if you have none or only one or two of the games in it. If like many of us you're only missing one or two and you're not getting individual keys for the games, the value declines dramatically.

Eh, I have Neighbors from Hell on CD-ROM. I'll save my dollar for hookers and blow.

I think it's an option a partner publisher can go with when doing a bundle. Generally that will be weeklies, but it could also appear in a single-publisher Humble Bundle. I'd guess that, if a publisher wants to, the weeklies could use BTA instead of fixed tier.

I've never been much of a pc gamer but now that I got a retina, I figure it's powerful enough to handle it.

For the most part, do pc versions play like the console versions? Specifically dark siders 2. I have the Xbox version sitting here unopened.

Plug in a 360 controller and the experience will be virtually identical, except it should look a lot better ;)

You don't want Arcania... ever.
It's not THAT bad. I still remember starting it right after finishing my Gothic 1, 2 and 3 "marathon" and it was the worst. Thing. EVER!

Time passed by and I was in the mood for an rpg, but nothing too time consuming since it's hard for me to find time to finish long games... blah blah blah, yadda yadda... I found it fun after not playing any rpg's for a while.
