I have reason to believe it is sealed...

Look at the pic, it is obviously sealed and the name of the seller's business is pre-played games so my guess is that they got this item and listed it as pre-played even though it is not.

I dont think he would list it as used if it wasnt and the picture he probably stole from somebody else's auction cause if you look at his other items pictures are all different
