I have a question about "No Region Protection"

I have a newbie question.
If I buy a Asia copy of a PS3 game with "No Region Protection", will it have the english voice acting and/ or english subtitles?
or will everything still be in Japanese and just playable in any region?

It varies from game to game, but I believe the majority of popular games have English. A quick google search will hopefully provide the answer for whatever game you're looking at.

I'm pretty sure it depends on the game. Some do and some don't.
