I need help from someone that has a Canon SD200 Elph

I have a Canon SD200 PowerShot Elph that has a broken lcd screen. Other than not being able to use the lcd, it works great. Unfortunately it is stuck in 640 x 480 mode and I don't know how to get it to max resolution.

I am hoping someone can walk me through(step by step) changing the resolution. I would greatly appreciate it.

1) Get a new (and better) camera; they're cheap nowadays

Connect it to a TV with the AV cable it came with and change the settings from there.
