I need help with windows movie maker BAD! PLEASE HELP

Ok im using windows vista home. the files are converted to 720p wmv. music audio is mp3. everything works fine and i can edit and everything. when i go to publish movie and start it, it freezes and gets an error and restarts movie maker 6.0 or just shuts it down. i really need some help! thanks.
 
actually i just got done looking there before i posted and none of the methods worked. thanks tho.
