I need to transfer a thread to another person..what can I do?

I was managing the San Francisco thread for awhile but I am getting to busy to keep it up to date. I need to transfer the thread to someone else.

Here is the original thread with a very long list of names in the beginning.

On post 1801, 1802, 1803, Leafpanda agreed to take over the thread.

So I am asking for the assistance of the Mods or Cheapy D if you have to power to transfer the power.

It's not a "transfer" per-se, though when you merge two posts together from two different CAGs, you can pick who is the "owner" of the post. I did that with your OP and one of LeafPanda's posts, and he's now the OP of the thread.
