So I moved my xbox on Friday to a new TV, Played with it then moved it back to my old TV today and now it won't turn on.

I'm using the new power cord MS sent me awhile back. It looks like the one here:
http://www.engadget.com/2005/02/23/microsoft-taking-no-chances-with-replacement-xbox-power-cords/

The light on the power cord won't stay solid when I click the Red button and the light on the cord turns red and green then turns off and the button clicks.

Did my xbox lose it's connection to the power supply due to bad soldering ? Like shown here:
http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=361537

And if I call MS will they send me a new cord that will fix the issue or am I SOL ?

If everything is hooked up right and the red button on the power cord keeps popping out, then it's most likely a problem with your internal power suppply. You could try replacing your cord, as it's cheap to do, and see if that fixes your problem. Otherwise you're looking at swapping out power supplies if you're technically competent enough to do so, or calling up Microsoft for the $80 repair job, or just buying a new box.
