I was Left negative feedback for no reason

Hi, I was left a negative feedback that I should not have. I left him negative feedback because he sent me 2 xbox live codes that did not work. He than refused to respond to any pms I sent and left the conversations. How do I get my negative feedback removed? Who should I talk to as I do not want the negative feedback on my record since I did not do anything. Thanks!
