Im retarded when it comes to HDTVs. Help me choose.

Im planning on purchasing an HDTV this fall.(due to digital broadcasting)I need something with the following specs 32"-37'',$0-$800,must have an hd tuner,and 720p.I plan to watch tv,game and watch bluray movies.I did find this on amazon but not sure if its HD ready.

Whatever you do don't buy generic. I tried both the 19" Insignia and the 19" Westinghouse. Both are crap. The Insignia just had a bunch of lines in the picture straight out of the box. The 19" Westinghouse worked for 17 days and then it started flickering. I had it hooked up as a monitor for now and it would randomly flash black and say PC Input. I tried 2 different cables and even hooked it up to 2 different computers so I know there was something wrong with it. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true. I'm going to have to keep saving and pick up a decent LCD later on..
