I'm thinking about getting a 360 (mainly because I don't want to shell out the 1k+ for a good, top of the line PC). I'm not in any particular hurry (I do have a PS3 and a huge backlog), but what's the market right now? Should I try waiting for better deals, especially if they clear out the old elites eventually (possibly) for ones with 250GB?

This isn't a sure thing, but if you happen to find a MW2 console at Target, I believe they're clearanced down to $270. And if you sell the game, that makes a console and a 250GB HDD only about $230 before tax. Pretty good deal in my opinion, especially since they have the new motherboards that are less likely to RROD. (Although still very likely.)
