GoHastings has it used for $19 bucks.
I don't know anything about their shipping or conditions. Never ordered there before.

Previously viewed vs Used... Used is a trade in game, and previously viewed is a former rental apparently. My guess is that with the hinting of Infamous 2 on the way new will be dropping to $20 soon though.
