Inserting game causes Vita to shut down completely

So I've just gotten my Vita, and putting in the game while it's on shuts off the Vita. With said game in, I cannot turn the Vita on until I take it out. What's wrong? A search hasn't yielded any results that really help and I want to play my Vita :X

I suggest calling the support, as most of us here aint experts in special case like this. If its still in warranty trade it for a new one.

Check the card for debris. Sounds like a short.

Out of pure curiosity..........which game..............or is it all games?  Have you tried other cards without incident?

I tested the game in another vita and it caused the other vita to shut down too, so I guess it is the game. Thanks for your help guys!
